Braving the weather was the rule of the evening. First the winds whipped through, and as I watched them from the top of the hill I felt I was looking at some of the dust storms we use to have in Egypt. I couldn't see the bottom of the street, let alone downtown, everything was a grayish white. Next came the rain. We were lucky up here on the hill, no one injured, power still on and cars undamaged. Only 2 trees down and a lot of small limbs and leaves, all in all, not as bad as other places. So... with this in mind, a big Thank You to the visitors who dared to venture down to the Pendleton last night. I love talking with everyone who stopped by the studio and hope you will stop back for the July Final Friday.
